Science fair is a great way for students in grades 1st through 5th to explore the scientific method! Students choose an experiment, research, make a hypothesis, take data, and present their results to judges in February at the District Science Fair. Qualifying students can then compete at the Region Science Fair at Trine University and finally at the State Science Fair in Indianapolis. Science Fair is a great way for students to improve communication skills through their presentation and gain confidence in learning new things!
