In support of our Olweus Bullying Program, our Family Fun Literacy Night was focused on Anti-bullying activities. In the library, students made posters with anti-bullying messages on them, then the posters were hung in the hallway. In the art room, students made snowmen treats with marshmallows and cookies and were served hot chocolate. In the music room, they were able to learn an anti-bullying cheer. Some other activities that were offered were Penquin Glyphs, Tic-Tac-Toe, Bingo, and a chance to be recorded for the Hawk News. PTO also sold High's Chicken dinners which was a huge success this year! And we had the book fair set up on the stage. Attendance was high, but can always get higher! If you missed this one, we encourage you to participate at the next one.
