CLASSROOM ACTIVITY

Mrs. Passwater's class recently worked on reading fluency through the performances of - The Day I Followed Pickle, a Reader's Theater.  With the help of Ms. Clark, she videotaped our performances and then we watched our performances with a critical eye.  After sharing what we saw, we videotaped ourselves again!  What a difference!  We shared our observations using a Plus/Delta.  Some of the things we noted were:  our voices were louder, expression was in character, standing still and tall, the phrasing of our words, and holding the books at a good level.  Not only did our reading improve, but our ability to analyze ourselves for improvement was so mature!  WAY TO GO PASSWATER CREW!
